Terms of Service

1. The service

Voxora is an AI voice studio. After you create an account, you can generate speech from text, transcribe audio, create sound effects, and isolate voices. Previews on the homepage are samples. Generation and saved files live in your dashboard.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate account details and keep your login safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law.

3. Credits and payments

Features spend credits from your balance. Credit packs are one-time purchases through PayPal. The price you see at checkout is the sale price for that pack. Credits are added after PayPal confirms the payment. Purchased credits do not expire. Refunds are handled case by case if a payment succeeded but credits were not delivered.

4. Your content

You keep rights in the text and audio you upload or generate. You grant Voxora permission to process that content so we can run the features you ask for, store results, and show them in your dashboard. Do not submit content you do not have the right to use.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use Voxora to impersonate people without permission.
• Do not upload or generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Do not try to access other users' files, accounts, or the service internals.
• Do not abuse rate limits or resell access without our agreement.

6. Third-party services

Voice generation and related models are provided by ElevenLabs. Files are stored on Amazon S3. Payments go through PayPal. Sign-in may use Google or GitHub. Their terms also apply when you use those services through Voxora.

7. Availability

We aim to keep Voxora running, but we do not guarantee uptime, model quality, or that a generation will always succeed. The service is provided as is.
