Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• Account details: name, email, password hash or OAuth profile, and avatar.
• Usage: feature names, credit balances, and generation history.
• Content you submit: text prompts and uploaded audio files.
• Outputs we store for you: generated speech, transcripts, effects, and isolated audio.
• Payments: PayPal order ids, pack purchased, and amount paid. We do not store your full card number.

2. How we use it

We use this data to run your account, generate and save audio, spend or add credits, process PayPal checkouts, and keep the product working. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Where it is stored

Account and usage records are stored in our database. Audio files are stored in Amazon S3 buckets for each feature. Generation requests are sent to ElevenLabs. Payment confirmation is handled by PayPal.

4. Cookies and sign-in

We use session cookies so you stay signed in. If you sign in with Google or GitHub, those providers share the profile information needed to create or link your Voxora account.

5. How long we keep it

We keep account, usage, and saved files while your account is open so you can reopen them in the dashboard. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize personal data that we no longer need, unless the law requires us to keep it.

6. Your choices

You can update your profile in settings, buy or use credits, and delete saved items from the dashboard when that action is available. You can ask us for a copy of your account data or to delete your account.
